Japp’s OTR is reverting back to its roots as a “hair boo-tique” during our Hair Shop of Horror Halloween party on Friday, October 28th.💈


From 6pm - 9pm, The Burning Caravan will be taking the stage, playing gypsy jazz, swing, and Americana music. From 10pm - 2am, DJ T.O. will have you cutting loose on the dance floor.
