Sophia Stepaniak

Sophia joined the 4EG Team in March of 2022 as the company’s Recruiter. She graduated from Miami University with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and has a passion for all things “people” and culture. As the Recruiter, Sophia manages all phases of the recruitment and onboarding processes. She works closely with the management teams to identify hiring needs and strives to attract top talent to support our bars. She believes great culture is the glue that holds an organization together- making it the top importance.

Having roots in Cincinnati, you can find Sophia cheering on the Bengals with family, friends, and cold beers. She enjoys scoping out the best chips & salsa in town, watching the Harry Potter movies, and spending time with her dog, Colby Cheese. Her favorite part about working for 4EG is the collaboration- everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission, as well as having fun together as a team.
