Saijal Andreadis Ryan

Saijal Andreadis Ryan is the Marketing Director at 4EG. She joined the marketing department at 4EG in January 2019. In her role, Saijal manages overall marketing strategy and growth for 4EG's bar and restaurants and oversees a team that brings people to the party.

Saijal obtained her Master's degree in Marketing with a specialization in Digital & Social Media from the University of Alabama in 2021. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2019, where she received her Bachelor's degree while studying Marketing and Electronic Media.

As a dedicated Cincinnatian, Saijal is actively involved in organizations include the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, OTR Chamber of Commerce, and Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. She is an alumni of Cincy Next (Class 9) and Cincy LEAD (Class 2), both programs furthering her leadership development through the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. She serves on the Programming & Events committee for Northern Kentucky Young Professionals (NKYP) through the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.

In her free time, Saijal enjoys attending country concerts, crafting, and frequenting local bars and restaurants with her husband, Zach.
