Manon Conlin

Manon Conlin is the General Manager at Easy Bar. Manon is a lifelong resident of the Chicagoland area. She started at Easy Bar in the spring of 2010, as a server. She quickly advanced to a bartending position and then joined management in 2016. Although Easy Bar has always been her primary location, she has worked at multiple 4EG bars in Chicago.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and the outdoors.
