THE SNUG ROOM

IGBY'S

Complete with its own fully stocked bar, heated balcony, and fireplace, your guests will feel at home in this cozy, luxurious room. This second-floor space can accommodate up to 70 guests.

THE MEZZANINE
IGBY'S

Our third-floor space is only accessible
by elevator. This room includes a TV with HDMI access, flexible furniture, a private restroom, a mobile bar, and a view of the bar below. This room can hold up to 30 guests.

THE PARLOR ROOM

IGBY'S

The Parlor Room is located at the back of the main floor of Igby’s. This space can accommodate approximately 20-25 people. A designated server will be available to take food and drink orders.

TEDDY'S HALL

THE ROOSEVELT ROOM

Host a lively event under the glow of a disco ball. Teddy's Hall is a private room with its own bar, TV with an HDMI port, and ample seating options. This space is a good fit for groups of 15 - 50 guests.

THE COURTYARD

THE RIGHTEOUS ROOM

The Courtyard is an outdoor space that is tented and heated in the winter months. It features a private bar, lounge seating, abundant plantscaping, and bistro lighting. This space is best for groups of 30 - 60.

ROSEDALE OTR

Our exclusive upstairs bar will delight your guests with dramatic wallpaper, birdcage chandeliers, and ornate furniture. Abigail's Annex can host groups of 20 – 40 people and has a private bar with bartender.

ALIVEONE

aliveOne’s back room is perfect for private parties of 25-75 guests. With its own fully stocked and staffed bar, independent sound system, and projector screen, party hosts can curate the music for their own dance party.

THE OWL

The back section can be reserved for 30 or more guests. Parties can provide their own catering and have access to the main bar for drinks. This space has close proximity to the photo booth, jukebox, and dance floor

REMEDY

The entire bar at Remedy can be reserved for parties of up to 100 guests. Hosts can make use of the independent sound system by curating their own music or providing their own DJ. Outside catering is encouraged!

Located in Wicker Park, the entire bar can be reserved for up to 100 guests. Food and beverage packages can be put together upon request. The sound system can be used for personal music selection or a hired DJ.

The outdoor bar is enclosed and heated during winter months. It can accommodate up 200 guests and features a fully stocked bar with four HDTVS.
