How to Make Our Favorite Summer Cocktail

The Strawberry Negroni is a ‘summery’ twist on the classic Negroni. It also happens to be the most ordered cocktails on The Righteous Room’s summer menu. The inspiration for this cocktail came from GM, Adammichael’s fiancé, Erin. Her favorite drink is the classic Negroni.

Adammichael’s 4EG roots run deep. Since joining our 4EG family in 2015, he has worked at The Lackman, The St. Clair, Low Spark, Igby’s, and Rosedale. Now he is the General Manager of The Righteous Room and we’re thrilled to have his cocktail expertise at the helm. He loves his conversations with “the regulars” … just don’t call him “bud.” 😉

Adammichael describes the Strawberry Negroni as two cocktails in one. The flavor profile of the gin allows it to be a bitter forward, boozy drink. While the strawberry has a fresh, fruity back that lingers. It is easy to make, refreshing, very boozy.

*Fun Fact: Adammichael met his fiancé, Erin through his first bar job working at Locals Bar & Grill. He worked with her younger sister who introduced the two. She then became a regular at St. Clair where he worked!*
